Event Request Information

We are so happy you're interested in hosting the Volunteer Fry Co trailer at your event!

To guarantee the success of your event, here are some things you should know before making your request.

A. Your venue should be able to accommodate the trailer and truck on a reasonably flat surface. The combined length of pulling truck and trailer is fifty (50) feet. The turning radius is tight so we may request a photo of the serving area and exit area before confirming your event.​

B. Fees-We require no rental fees, however, for private events we do require a minimum of $1500 Monday-Thursday and a minimum of $2500 Friday-Sunday. Private event hosts will be required to close out at the conclusion of the event and ensure the minimums are met, the host is responsible for any remaining unmet minimum.

C. Service times are typically two hours, If you require extra time, please make note of that in your request.​

D. Prices shown on menus do not include tax. If you are tax exempt, please let us know in your message.​

E. We do our best to accommodate any dietary needs, please let us know if you require any special dietary requirements. We do use beef tallow as our cooking oil, due to this we are currently unable to provide strict vegetarian or vegan options.​

F. The trailer is self sufficient, and we do utilize a quiet generator (rated at 67 dba). We can plug in to an RV50r receptacle to circumvent the running generator.

G. Serving times, you can expect us to serve approximately 2-4 guests per minute.

H. Mileage-Our home base is Waynesboro, TN. We currently include 40 miles in traveling to your event, any excess mileage will be charged at $1.50 per mile round trip.
